We have an urgent need for a Payroll Manager to be responsible for overseeing a large payroll process and a small team (5 in two offices).

The successful candidate will also bring:

strong communication and customer stakeholder skills; a background supporting a large payroll (ideally 3000+); and systems experience with SAP or/and Resourcelink.

Core duties include:

ensuring that day to day HRO outsourced services for the client are delivered in accordance with the contract and SLAs (Payroll consists of UK resident and International Assignees); managing all aspects of a Monthly and Weekly payroll Service; ensuring production of payroll process for approximately 8000 employees using the SAP payroll system; and ensuring Payroll production adheres to relevant compliance, legislation and internal SOX control SAS70 checks.
