A new exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer/HR Administrator to work on a 6 month contract for our large blue chip Company client based in Camberley.

Role: Payroll Officer/HR Administrator

Job Purpose:
The Payroll Officer provides support for the UK payroll within the XDHR (Cross Divisional HR shared service). This includes supporting statutory processes and submissions, assisting employees with payroll related queries and reconciling company payments to 3rd party providers from payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
*Payroll Administration
*Collates all statutory paperwork and submits to Payroll provider (ADP) weekly.
*Prepares payment schedules for maternity, paternity, parental and all other leave of absence
*Prepares, analyses and reconciles reports for all 3rd party payments (ie payments to pensions providers, share purchase plan and all others)
*Prepares and supports submission of P46 and P11Ds
*Assists the payroll manager to submit statutory information and reports

Employee Pay Queries
*Conducts root cause analysis for pay related queries and identifies resolutions for any issues in SAP (HRCore) and Payroll system (ADPf)
*Supports ADP Self Service

General
*Update any work process tracking systems (when implemented) to ensure service SLA's and quality measures are accurate.
*Other activities as required, or as the business changes or the role evolves.

*Facilitates overall process and reporting requirements are in place to ensure our clients meets it's legislative and statutory payroll requirements.

Essential Criteria:
*Commercial or Administrative Education
*2-3 years in Payroll or other administrative experience.
*Practical experience with Payroll Systems,
*Ideally SAP HCM
*Excellent Excel skills
*Has a basic understanding of statutory requirements within payroll
