Job Purpose: (short summary of what the job is primarily accountable for)
The role-holder is accountable for:-
The timely and accurate payment and reconciliation of all the clients employee remuneration, expenses and benefits and associated payments in relation to pensions contributions, tax and NI and third party flexible benefits suppliers.
Compliance with all tax and other regulations related to the remuneration of employees and payment of expenses.
The management and implementation of annual business year end and tax year end processes related to reward, payroll, pensions, expenses and benefits and implement changes arising from organisation reward reviews.
