The Payroll Manager will lead and manage the Payroll and Pensions Team, system maintenance and development to ensure the production of monthly payrolls. Direct and control the processing of the payroll and all other payroll related duties in order to provide a high quality service, ensuring employees are paid promptly and accurately and the appropriate PAYE, National Insurance and Pensions legislative and administrative procedures are adhered to. They will also provide specialist advice and guidance in relation to payroll, pensions and employee taxable benefits and will directly manage 2 x Payroll Administrators 7 x Payroll Assistants.
