Payroll Manager

The Role:
Payroll Manager, covering payroll duties for x3 companies.
Total heads > 300.
Preparation & review of payroll data, ready for submission to payroll provider
Subsequent review & validation of payroll data for accuracy/completeness
Complexities include stock options, share exercises, ESPP.
International movers

Specific Knowledge
* Up to date knowledge on 'payroll' rules/regulations (Tax/NI, etc.)
* Stock option/share exercises
* Accounts reconciliation for payroll associated elements (tax/NI/pension, etc).

* Ability to hold all confidential information is imperative
* Ability to work in an extremely busy environment and to meet strict deadlines
* Ability to work on multiple projects
* Ability to organize and prioritize
* Detail oriented
* Be initiative and have good problem solving skills
* Strong analytical skills a must
* Independent judgment and being a team player is imperative
* Good attendance

Years of Experience
At least 5 years in high volume environment

Educational Requirement
Chartered accountant or member of CIPP

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills

Computer Skills
Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel,
