Projektbeschreibung
Job Description:
*Collection of Payroll Data and forward to NGA eg car under spend, overspend changes, P45/P46 starters, MATB1, modified payroll information, Work Schedule changes, court orders, miscellaneous payments and deductions.
*Sickness Absence management - currently report provided to HR of colleagues going in half pay, no pay and those running out of SSP in next week's/months. HR then forwards communication to colleague/manager.
*Chase missing colleague Bank Information.
*Chase missing National Insurance Numbers.
*Approval of Payroll and authorisation to NGA and Treasury.
*Distribution of NGA Reports.
*Forward P45, Final Payslip to Leaver.
*Upload BlackRock pension contributions into the BlackRock system, validate, and correct errors, prepare contribution schedule.
*BACS Report Retrieval including BACS Rejects.
*BACS Rejects forwarded to HR for investigation.
*Overpayment Recovery from Leavers.
*Query Management and Resolution - Pensions, HMRC, NGA, etc.
*NGA Client Relationship Manager - reviews/escalations.
*Flexible Benefits - Annual Review Cycle.
*Payroll Calendar Definition - Prepare and distribute to NGA and other third party suppliers.
Desired Skills:
*Previous background in Payroll/Finance/Accountancy.
*Experience in signing off and looking at General ledger.
*Advanced level with Excel.
*Previous experience with NGA - NorthGate Arena outsourcing an advantage.
*Experience of changes to outsource would be an advantage.
*Effective time management skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
