Payroll Manager

Key tasks
*Responsible for meeting the agreed SLA payroll performance targets
*Responsible for the achievement of the KPIs within the Payroll function.
*Responsible for up to 18 staff
*Accurate updating of employee payroll data and maintenance of integrity of payroll and system data
*Payroll run occurs as scheduled
*Payments to employees are accurate
*Payroll reports are provided as required

Qualifications required
*Payroll qualification eg Diploma in Payroll Management
*ACCA/CIMA Professional qualification or equivalent level of experience

Experience required

Essential
*Proven recent experience of working in a Payroll team environment;

Desirable
*Experience of working in a Shared Service environment;
*Experience of working with SAP and/or and ERP environment.
