My client gas an opportunity for an experience Payroll Project Manager, to manage a number of payroll implementations, they use ResourceLink and My View and experience of these systems is essential.
The ideal candidate will have responsibility of the delivery of monthly payroll and statutory reporting to required service delivery within audit standards, and to ensure payroll processes are documented and compliant with audit requirements. On top of this there must be effective liaison with HRIS and Reward teams on the integration of RTI, Pensions Auto Enrolment.
You will also be managing, coaching and advising payroll assistants and service users by sharing your technical knowledge and expertise of the ResourceLink system and maintaining a good relationship with HR and finance functions.
