ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be allocated a group of existing customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with these accounts, which involves generating revenue by providing Consulting services as well as up-selling additional software products/modules.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup of Payroll software to ensure best performance
- Training clients in the use of Payroll software
- Providing advice to clients regarding Payroll best practices, processes and procedures
- Assisting in month and year end Payroll processing
- Providing ad hoc assistance to clients as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in end to end Payroll processing
- Must be technically savvy, understand software, and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Knowledge of Payroll Software, for example MicrOpay Meridian, Chris21, ADP,etc.
- Confident and have the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Must be self motivated and be able to work autonomously.
