Allegis Group Services, a part of Allegis Group, is looking to hire a Payroll Data Administrator in Bracknell, UK.

The AGS Payroll Data Administrator is responsible for will be responsible for the timely and accurate payments for time and expenses to the Allegis pay-rolled temporary workers and contractors. They will be executing standard processes including, but not limited to, payroll, compliance and query management. This person will be required to travel to London once or twice a week for client meetings.


- Responsible for preparing the weekly payroll files, for c.680 workers, to be sent to payroll
- Performing manual calculations for pay adjustments where necessary
- Monitoring and processing of contractor retainer bonuses
- Maintain the payroll database, ensuring quality of contractor personal data
- To resolve payment discrepancies, including under and over payments, for the direct contractors
- High volume query ownership through to resolution
- To monitor and follow up contractor Visa and right to work eligibility
- To coordinate any exceptional arrangements during bank holiday periods and ensure this is communicated to payroll (internal, contractors)
- To manage the relationship with payroll who will be responsible for paying the direct Allegis workers.
- To work with the Allegis Europe Accounts team to resolve queries and process exceptional payments


- Degree education
- Prior experience in a payroll administration role
- Intermediate - expert excel skills (use macros, v-lookup, pivot table)
- An understanding of databases
- Use of Salesforce.com is an advantage
- Analytical, diligent, high attention to detail.
