Payroll Consultant (Oracle HRMS, Oracle)

Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing industry and is currently seeking an Oracle HRMS Payroll Consultant to join their team in County Durham

Responsibilities include:

- Assist in implementation pack review to identify the complexity of the associated payroll implementation per country.
- Production of Interface Functional Specifications
- Production of interface test scripts
- Testing of the new Oracle Interface Specification(s)
- Assist in data mapping between Oracle and current payroll provider
- Defining required changes to the interfaces between Oracle and external systems such as current payroll solution

Skills/experience sought after:

- 3-5 years experience working in Oracle HRMS
- Knowledge of a Oracle HRMS multiple Business group Environment
- Minimum 2 years payroll implementation knowledge
- Oracle payroll support experience
- Defect management skills
- Demonstrated competency in projects and strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
