The Company

Robert Half Management Resources is currently recruiting for an Interim Payroll Consultant to join a reputable and well known organisation near Stoke On Trent.

The Role

The organisation is currently going through a major period of change. Having seen a large amount of growth over the last few years, their Payroll function is in a state of disarray. Currently the organisation payrolls over 2500 people, 200 of which are paid a monthly salary. They operate 8 different payroll systems, each with 5 different categories and also operate multiple PAYE numbers. Payroll is currently outsourced but as part of the business reorganisation, it will be brought in house. The successful candidate will be a proven interim with extensive experience providing payroll services. The objective of the contract will be to perform a detailed analysis of the existing setup with a view to advising on a potential consolidation of their current systems and procedures. There will also be a remit to examine current payroll operating costs, as well as forecast future costs and identify savings.

Salary & Benefits

The role will last 2-3 months and pay up to £250 per day on a Ltd Company basis.
