Up to £25,000pa plus free onsite parking and 25 days holiday pro rata.
The organisation is moving from a year end reporting model to a monthly reporting process and is seeking a self driven individual to dive into this project management style role and play a leading role in the implementation of the required process change. Full life cycle exposure is on offer as you will work closely with the Payroll Manager analysing current processes, designing the process change requirements, leading the way in implementing the change and being a real driving force in the projects success.
The successful candidate will be able to boast:
*Extremely strong excel and reporting skills
*Successful previous exposure to process change implementation
*Enjoys working to strict deadlines
*Has a strong analytical mind, is self driven and enjoys problem solving
Ideally you will also have a payroll/tax background so will be able to hit the ground running.
