Start date: April 2015 (depending on the selection process and the vetting completion)
End date: 31 August June 2015 + possible extensions
Scope of Work :
Work on Payroll Budgeting project. Review existing Forecast and budget process and identify opportunities of improvements (short term and mid-term). Define Business requirements for the implementation of a new Payroll Foreact and budget tool. Define migration strategy and analyse business impact.

Skills (with expert level):
> 5 years in Business Analysis; strong experience in the Back Office, finance, and very good understanding of the forecast and budget processes
> 5 years with SAP (specifically on SAP BW platform with the components BPS, BI-IP and BPC)
- Expert communication and facilitation skills
- Very good knowledge of Payroll Budgeting projects
-Business Process analysis: document, analyze, standardize and improve processes
-Knowledge of Software AG's ARIS tool
