IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Collect, control and maintain payroll data including but not limited to employee personal information, wages, tax exemptions and ensure proper handling of such data
-Advise internal clients and HR team members on payroll related questions
-Management of pension contributions (i.e. liaise with the pension broker, reconciliation of the contributions)
-Declaration of the tax at source and social security, and ad hoc declarations (i.e. unemployment form, etc.)
-Stay abreast of changes in social security, employment and tax laws that impact payroll and benefits
-Liaise with Expat payroll team to ensure accurate treatment of expatriate compensation and benefits
-Liaise with tax vendor on employee tax related issues
-Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations and requirements
-Help the Payroll Accountant with month-end activities (i.e. booking in our General ledger, payments)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience in Payroll Administration in Switzerland
-High attention to details and ability to work with numbers
-Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
-Strong client service mindset
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
-Excellent organisation and time management skills
-Good command of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills required
-Knowledge of accounting is a plus
