PAYROLL ANALYST

LOCATION : LONDON/BIRMINGHAM

DURATION : 3 MONTHS

Exclusive opportunity - Steria Ltd is looking for a Payroll Analyst. You will be working for Steria, for initially 3 months, starting ASAP. You will be based out at Steria headquarters in London/Birmingham

RESPONSIBILITY

- Provide input and responses to PQQ/RFP/ITT/ISOS/ISDS/BAFO based on BPS HRP vision & Strategy
- Design of Target Operating model - process, locations, technology, org design
- Understanding of customer key drivers and translation into solution
- Design of processes and cost estimation
- Bringing innovation design to Payroll outsourcing

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

- 7 years+ payroll delivery experience
- CIPP Qualified
- Experience of working in an Outsourced/Shared Service environment
- Experience of working in a pre-sales design environment
- Experience of providing input to/responding to bids including presenting solutions
- Experience of multiple payroll IT solutions with Pros and Cons
- Experience of payroll system migration planning and execution
- Experience in setting up a shared services delivery for payroll
- Experience of payroll and/or HR service transformation
- Experience of supporting services for Payroll outsourcing - contact management, employee experience design
