Payroll Administrator/Operator
Payroll Administrator/Operator required by World leading Information Technology and Services company to join a team of 3 Payroll administrators in the Finance department, to manage payroll operations, payroll accounting transactions, and ensure legal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Have a good understanding of Payroll processes and ensuring the use of correct processes
- Proactively liaise with HR, employees and Controllership to ensure that payroll is processed efficiently
- Input, process payroll and administer all outputs of the Swedish payroll.
- Create and input payroll related accruals and other bookings
- Work closely with the Finance team to make sure they obtain correct material from the payroll runs and payroll related accruals
- Work closely with HR to make sure that the payroll data is correct from the HR system
- Co-operate with the payroll vendor as necessary
Requirements
- Five or more years experience in Payroll and/or HR and/or Finance
- Team member and communication skills
- Ability to relate payroll services to business environment, processes and organization
- Good skills in Microsoft Office package and other IT tools and systems
- Fluency in English and Swedish languages
