This is a 3 month contract until Jan 2015 working with one of our Global IT Solutions Company.
Essential Criteria:
-Minimum 2 years Payroll and Excel experience (Vlookup, Pivot tables)
-Proficient PC user with experience of HR and Payroll Systems and Microsoft Office
-Ideally have worked with 'Freedom' or 'Oracle' systems
Responsibilities
-Inputting payroll information including starters, leavers, overtime and changes.
-Create and maintain databases of staff and create/update existing Excel spread sheets (Vlookups and ideally pivot tables)
-Deal with full payroll cycle from imputing data to committing for payment
-Administration of all salary increases, promotions and changes
-Complete monthly reports in a timely manner
-Maintain staff handbooks, training and needs requirements
-Produce standard documentation eg offer Letters, contracts, references etc.
