PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - BASED IN CANARY WHARF - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

A tier-1 Investment Bank is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join the Human Resources team in the Canary Wharf, London offices.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or an related field.

Key Skills required for a Payroll Administrator:

*Demonstrable experience in processing full cycle payroll within a large corporate environment
*Ability to process over 1,000 payroll cases
*Good understanding and familiarity with payroll systems
*Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
*Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities of a Payroll Administrator:

*Complete a full cycle payroll process
*Respond to all employee payroll queries in an efficient manner
*Prepare payroll journal entries
*Review of the quarterly payroll tax reports
*Year-end processing W-2 and 1099
