ROLE AVAILABLE: IHR PAYROLL INTERFACE

I am currently looking for an IHR PAYROLL INTERFACE required for a project in Belgium

The IHR PAYROLL INTERFACE will be responsible for France payroll as well as other countries (supported remotely): collects payroll relevant information; updates internal databases, administrator of Time-recording tool/processes (HR Kiosque) and vacation balances checking, submits payroll information to payroll provider. The IHR PAYROLL INTERFACE also monitors payroll process and intervene when obstacles occur.

Skills: 2 years experience gained within a HR function working on a payroll/personnel admin related topics, Basic knowledge of French tax and labour law; Excellent Excel skills required - experience with other MS Office programs.

Start date: ASAP

Languages: French and English (Mandatory)

Location: Belgium

Duration: 6 months
