Payments Team Leader - Insurance - Transaction Environment - SAP

Our client, a global leading player within the insurance field, is currently recruiting for a Payments Team Leader on a 12 month contract, with a high possibility for extension based in Liverpool.

Payments team leader will be responsible for:

A team of 10-20 people

Help process payments and follow instruction from the business

Deal with the transaction environment

Monitor quality and technical performance and provide coaching and support to improve the technical capability of team members in line with business need.

Dealing directly with internal and/or external customers to deliver customer satisfaction by carrying out a range of, mostly routine, transactions and interactions to a high standard

Carrying out technical/complex processes and transactions, accurately and consistently in line with defined timescale and service standards eg response times, record keeping, referrals, etc

Evaluation Criteria:

1) Money Out - Deal with complicated transactions out of the company

2) Experience within the Transaction environment - Supervisor and team leader experience

3) SAP experience and Excel/MS Office knowledge
