Payments Senior Splunk Analyst/Developer

Payments Senior Splunk Analyst/Developer urgently required for a project in Dublin.

The candidate must be able to evidence;

- Strong overall development background (Java,JSP,HTML,python) - 6 years minimum
- Minimum 2 years Splunk experience with Splunk training completed
- Experience with complex Splunk dashboards, event correlation, regex, scheduling, event types, development best practice
- Ideally trained to Architect level with experience of Splunk deployments, configuration files, line breaking
- Strong Data Analysis and Data Flow skills and log file analysis/aggregation
- Strong design skills (User Interface, Application & technical design) - ability to conceptualise and visualize
- Sound knowledge of SQL and RDBMS databases
- Sound experience with Messaging (JMS etc.) and Event based architectures (ideally also using Splunk)
- Good Working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating system commands/scripts
- Self-Starter, task driven, who delivers high quality outputs
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work with Business and IT stakeholders collaboratively
- Experience of providing creative resolution of client needs
- Experience of ensuring adherence to Architectural Policies and Standards (Compliance).
