Payments Project Manager - Swift, BPAY, COIN, Cards, Online-SYD

Our client is a well-reputed financial services organization with a large footprint in payments technology around Australia and abroad. They've been constantly recognized as a market leader in the payments technology space - constantly pushing the envelope to deliver fast, reliable, and innovative products to its customers. The company is looking to leverage off their previous successful innovations in the market, and deliver a more refined and integrated experience to its customers.

This position sits within a team of payments, banking, and technology specialists. Working cross-functionally with the other delivery teams in the business, they drive the business and technological change required to ensure they remain a market-leader. The successful applicant will be working closely with program managers, project managers, change managers, business analysts, and technology SME's.

This is a standalone role that will require a personality who is capable of engaging stakeholders at the highest level of business, and then work with technical SMEs' to elicit requirements and take full control over all resources relating the various payments technology initiatives. The successful candidate will need to be able to drive projects from business case through to deployment. You will be one of the key members of this exciting team and organization.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc are a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery of payment projects and solutions.
- Strong knowledge in any (the more the better) of the following areas: SWIFT, COIN, BPAY, Cards, Online and Mobile Payments.
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding the full SDLC from requirements, development system testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and implementation.
- Technical acumen with the proven ability to manage and direct technology teams.
- Strong Business Analysis, Project Management, and
- Full working rights for Australia.
