Payments Operations Analyst (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Ensuring the processing of clients payments are done in a timely manner with minimal risk, whilst encouraging the continuation and improvement of our processing
-Processing of both incoming and outgoing payments
-Supporting amendments and repairs of payments as required
-Providing capability of liaising with customers, internal departments and Banks regarding payment queries
-General (non-Investigative) customer/Internal queries
-Identification/escalation of all systems/processing issues to Supervisor and Manager
-Completion of reconciliations and MI reporting to meet agreed SLAs
-Awareness of importance and the ability in prioritising workflow in order to ensure all cut off times are strictly monitored and met
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Fluency in English
-Experience in financial services payments processing background
-Knowledge of international payment systems
-Experience in Avaloq is desirable
