DURATION: 4+ Months Initially with possible extension (role is for 3 days in a week)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and track record in pay and benefits, within the last 3 years, including developing and implementing pay and grading systems and reward and recognition schemes which meet business needs.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of job evaluation systems and procedures
- Be stakeholder-focused and able to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders positively and constructively.
- Have good project management skills and be proactive in managing projects, ensuring the delivery of all key tasks to the standard and within the period required.
- Able to work flexibly and work well with others
- Demonstrate understanding of public sector pay, Civil Service Reform, in particular pay and pensions reform.
