What You'll Be Doing:
- Function as part of a practice team and perform administrative functions to support efficient patient care delivery
- Greet and register patients for their appointment; provide the necessary paperwork, confirm and/or update insurance coverage and patient demographic information in practice management system; enroll patients into the patient portal
- Educate and inform all patients of their financial responsibilities prior to services rendered
- Schedule patient appointments
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- One (1) plus years working experience in a clinic or hospital setting preferred
- Must have a thorough knowledge of medical office operations, interactions and responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be a team player with excellent service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and administrative skills
