THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Patent support experience
- Patent PROSECUTION experience
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparation and filing of patent applications, declarations, assignments, amendments, divisional and continuing patent applications, and most importantly information disclosure statements (IDS).
- Provide administrative support to two to three (2 - 3) patent attorneys
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Two to five (2 - 5) years law firm or Pharmaceutical background, patent support experience
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Paralegal experience desirable
