Projektbeschreibung
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Work with Onshore Service Operations teams to follow the Patch Management process for Operating System and Application patching.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure all patches are received and implemented on a timely basis
- Coordinate with client teams for any modifications to the maintenance Windows and/or patching schedules
- Adhere to the strict timeline of applying and testing all patches with minimal impact to system uptime
- Follow patch exception process for patches that need to be delayed or opted out
- Attend approval change board meetings and request approval/opt out permission for patches
- Resolve Incidents directly incurred as a result of patching events
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support Patch Management toolsets and systems.
- Provide end-user services escalation requiring Patch Management administrative assistance for Service Operations where necessary.
- Keep current with the latest patching technologies.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Recognized intermediate technical knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills particularly the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience working in a multi-business unit company environment
- Ability to be an effective team member and proven track record of leading complex development and project teams
