Your main duties will include:
- Increase sales by maintaining good customer satisfaction with current client base as well as seeking out new sales opportunities and territories.
- Dealing with day to day staffing within the department.
- Overseeing annual budgets and achieving monthly targets to ensure healthy profitability within the department
- Reviewing sales figures, costs and stock on a monthly basis to ensure budget benchmarks are met
- Confirming parts are appropriately coded to enable dealerships to claim complete refunds for un-used parts
To be a success in this role, you will have
- Knowledge of Automotive Retail Industry
- Demonstration of Product Knowledge
- Be Computer Literate
In return you will recieve £19k p/a climbing up to £21k with bonuses.
