Parts Manager

Job Description

Our client a well respected dealer group are looking for an experienced Main Dealer Parts Manager. Salary will range between £25k to £30k DOE with an OTE at £35k to £40k+.

Have you the ability to motivate and drive a team to high levels of performance.

Can you show a have a track record that shows a track record of business improvement.

You will have responsibility for the daily running the Parts Department and department team. You will maintain strong relationships with the team and drive them forward to exceed all set targets within a structured process.

Requirements

As said previous proven Parts Manager experience is essential along with the following attributes:

•Great presentation & communication skills

•Strong influencing & negotiation skills

•Proven ability to achieve commercial targets & objectives

•High commercial awareness

•Strong Relationship building skills

•Strong drive and tenacity to achieve results
