Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Partner Sales Support. This is a contract role running onto 30th June 2015 based in Reading.

Role Summary
To support the partner sales team to create pipeline discipline and predictability as well as support incremental revenue drive thru sales support activities by increasing business development and sales management time for partner account managers.

Main Responsibilities

Pipeline support:
* Validation of pipeline 
* Opportunity exception management 
* Pipeline duplication management with customer account teams and Partner
* Drive pipeline health and velocity by supporting opportunity admin
* Validation of net new opportunity versus deployment working with account teams and key systems to verify and manage within the CRM system
* Support forecasting process thru coordination and management of pipeline meetings with Partner Account Managers
* Partner lead engine

Scorecard support:
* Management of operational infrastructure to ensure scorecard metric attainment
* Partner renewals 
* Help support the company's Partner Network renewal process for managed partners by proactively calling the partners managing an issue and fall out when they fail to renew on time - manage escalations with Regional Support Centre
* Event /meeting support
* Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) projects 
* Managed Partner list maintenance, global relationship Survey (GRS), red carpet, contact management in the company's CRM system -Dynamics
* Key project support and management of own projects

Examples of key responsibilities will include:
* Opportunity management thru CRM system working with Business managers and partner account managers and driving opportunities to close
* Outbound calls and emails: deal /opportunity updates, driving incentives, communications and rollouts.
* Inbound calls and emails: management of complex licensing queries, resolution of problems connected with licensing and solution scenarios
* Contact point: key contact point for Partners and Partner sales executives
* Database: maintain and update the database.
* Sharepoint maintenance and communication updates.
* Project management

The successful candidate for this post will have experience of working within a sales or channel environment. Having worked within a corporate organisation previously will have excellent organisational skills and have worked within a sales capacity. Proven experience of pipeline management is highly desirable. Experience with or customer contact and knowledge of Microsoft licensing /solutions would be advantageous.

Key Success Measure
The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines; Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for technology.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum
