Partner Sales Excellence Team Lead

Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Partner Sales Excellence Team Lead. This is a contract role running until June 2015 based in Reading

Role Purpose

1. Lead and coach the Partner Sales Excellence team to drive key success metrics across Partner Sales Team (PST) including Licensing Solution Partners and System Integrators
2. Ownership of key metrics including customer and partner experience (CPE) and pipeline
3. Orchestrate the partner sales excellence team to drive key deliverables (Global relationship survey, pipeline, scorecard)
4. Management of key projects for Partner Sales excellence Manager and Partner sales leadership team 5. Ownership of key pipeline processes for Partner sales excellence team which will involve demonstrated process improvement and improved pipeline health
6. Management of all PST communications via Sales Excellence
7. Pipeline support: including the validation of pipeline, opportunity exception management, drive pipeline health and velocity, management of key systems to verify and manage within the CRM system and support forecasting process thru coordination and management of pipeline meetings with Partner Sales Executives and Sales Managers
8. Lead the partner sales team to create pipeline discipline and predictability as well as support incremental revenue drive thru sales support activities by increasing business development and sales management time for partner sales executives.
9. Scorecard support through the effective and proactive management of operational infrastructure to ensure scorecard metric attainment
10. Customer and Partner Experience (CPE) projects including managed partner list maintenance, global relationship Survey (GRS), red carpet, Conditions of Satisfaction, contact management
11. On/off boarding of managed partners.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: £37-40,000
