Partial Hospital Spec I

Position Summary: The Partial Hospital Specialist is responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team. This includes assessment of patients, case management, development of comprehensive treatment plans, facilitation of group therapies, provision of individual and family therapy and documentation of all services provided.

Responsibilities also include contributions to program development, utilization review and quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate from an accredited college/university with a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field. Licensed in the State of Ohio to provide mental health treatment services under supervision (LSW, LPC, etc.) or graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing as an LPCC or LISW.

Required Length and Type of Experience: One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience facilitation group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification or Registry: Graduate from an accredited college/university with a Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field. Licensed in the State of Ohio to provide mental health treatment services under supervision (LSW, LPC, etc.) or graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing as an LPCC or LISW.
