Part Time Vendor Management/HR Project Manager

Tired of 5 days. Looking for part time or are you returning to work after a period of absence, with a background in HR or Supplier Management? Our Edinburgh based banking client currently seeks an experienced PM to join their HR and Supplier Management function, on a part time (3 days per week) basis for approximately 4 months. Working in this major banks' HR practice Policy & Advice channel, you will be a part of a core team providing advice and support to line managers on Absence, Discipline, Grievance and Flexible Working. The role holder will lead a project to implement a key new service vendor to the business. You will also be expected to work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, documented and the service reflects business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage, lead and deliver a new supplier/vendor implementation
- Scope and develop clear project plans
- Managing and coordinating numerous workstreams
- Reporting of project against agreed timelines
- Identify issues/risks and support stakeholders to mitigate their impact, escalating when required.
- Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve a common goal and to share knowledge and best practice.
- Clearly documented service with handover to BAU

You must have a clear background in project management and have worked in an HR/Supplier Management setting, dealing with any/all of the following:

- End to End Supplier/New Vendor Implementation
- Change Management
- Process Mapping and redesign
