Projektbeschreibung
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, lead and deliver a new supplier/vendor implementation
- Scope and develop clear project plans
- Managing and coordinating numerous workstreams
- Reporting of project against agreed timelines
- Identify issues/risks and support stakeholders to mitigate their impact, escalating when required.
- Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to achieve a common goal and to share knowledge and best practice.
- Clearly documented service with handover to BAU
You must have a clear background in project management and have worked in an HR/Supplier Management setting, dealing with any/all of the following:
- End to End Supplier/New Vendor Implementation
- Change Management
- Process Mapping and redesign
REQUIREMENTS/EXPOSURE
- Project Management background
- Risk acknowledgement and mitigation
- Workstream/project tracking
- Issue resolution/escalation
- Stakeholder management
- Obvious consultancy and influencing skills
- HR/Supplier management background
