Helpdesk Operator/Scheduler/Call Handler - Nottingham NG2

My client provides support services to construction companies across the UK and Europe. Based in Nottingham, they're committed to delivering an exceptional customer service, day-in, day-out.

A Part Time Help Desk Operator is currently required to join my client's existing team. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for a facilities management team. You'll be expected to use Microsoft Excel and Lotus Notes regularly, and in addition, you will ensure office stationary levels are maintained.

I'm looking for someone with a background in Customer Service, who has previous experience of scheduling and coordinating appointments. Excellent communication and telephony skills are key in this role, alongside the ability to ensure your workload is well organised.

The working pattern for this vacancy is Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 2.30pm, with a half hour lunch break
