Part-time Financial Controller

LOCATION: Manchester city centre JOB TITLE: Financial Controller - Real Estate SALARY margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt"> - Processing invoices and data entry - Reconciliation of sales ledger receipts to portfolio - Managing bank accounts, processing payments and reconciliations - Managing cashflow and timing of creditor payments - Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts including P margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt"> - Preparation of VAT returns - Preparation of year end accounts and audit files - Coordination of the annual budget process and responsibility for monthly variance analysis - Adhoc analysis as requested by the partners Essential experience: - Experience of Sage and Excel - Previous experience in a management accounting/financial controller position within a commercial environment - Good knowledge of up to date accountancy practices - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate in a professional manner - Ability to self manage and meet reporting deadlines - Strong organisational skills Preferred experience: - Knowledge of accounting for rental income - Understanding of property development projects - Experience of accounting for LLP's
