FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR PART TIME - 25 HOURS PER WEEK

FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL FEB 2014

UP TO £21,000 (PRO RATA) + BENEFITS

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to gain experience and develop within a challenging and rewarding environment.

THE ROLE:

- Provide support to the Service Charge Officers and the Senior Finance Officer and assist in the administration of the service charge process and the despatch of the variable service charge statements.
- Participate in meetings with Development, Property Service, Housing Services, Leasehold Service, Customer Accounts and Supplier Payments with a view to improving the accuracy of the service charge process.
- Data input on to financial system and service charge system and the coding of invoices
- Hours: 25 per week - Ideally Mon-Fri 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm

KEYS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicants will have experience within similar finance admin based role and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and possess a strong numerical ability.

You will be able to in-put data with accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
