Part-Time Employee Relations Partner

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Partner on a permanent Part Time job share basis to be based from our Hemel Hempstead office.

As the ER Partner you will be responsible for creating and driving an outstanding centre of excellence on all employee relations matters by providing advice and resolution for high risk and complex enquiries and issues.

You will also demonstrate in-depth employment law knowledge and commercial awareness to service all stakeholders as well as supporting ER Advisors and Coordinators that sit within this tight knit team.

This growing centre of excellence prides itself on providing a first class customer service for line managers within our changing UK

Manage complex and high risk employee relations cases including Employment Tribunal Case preparation working closely with the Company's legal team
Work with Managers to ensure coordinated employee relations assistance that safeguard the business and provides fit for purpose solutions
Develop a consistent and best practice approach for areas such as TUPE, conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings and organisational restructure
About You

As the ER Partner you will already have prior experience of managing complex employee relations casework and the excellent organisational skills that this experience demands.

You will also need to show a genuine desire to provide first class customer service and take pride in doing so.

A strong business partnering approach is required when engaging with the line managers and team leaders so your ability to show successful stakeholder management skills is essential.

As with all ER roles, your attention to detail and ability to come up with the best commercial solutions is absolutely key.
