We're looking for people with exceptional customer service, who are confident with basic IT skills that can hit the ground running to join us as Customer Service Representatives. As part of our team you will ensure we get our customer's vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible.

FMG is the UK's leading independent incident management, fleet maintenance and roadside recovery & repair specialist. We're the only incident management and roadside services company committed to reducing the frequency and impact of incidents, but when they do occur, we provide a sector-leading service that deals with over 250,000 incidents each year. Operating since 1986, we now employ around 350 people in our head office in Huddersfield.

We co-ordinate the response to over 300,000 vehicle incidents per year and work with most of the UK's largest car and commercial vehicle fleets. As we look to continue our success and prepare for some busy times ahead, we are searching for exceptional people to strengthen our operational team.

Working as part of this team means that your aim is to get our customer's damaged vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible - putting you in the driving seat. Sometimes dealing with distressed customers in their time of need means you have to react quickly, with patience, compassion and understanding to manage the repair process.

By delivering exceptional customer service, whilst keeping everyone in the loop - your customer and the repairer - you'll help to ensure that we maintain our industry leading standards and that we uphold our reputation for excellent customer service.
