PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PLYMOUTH MEETING, PENNSYLVANIA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Data entry skills
- Experience handling legal documents
- Proficient in Word and Excel

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Generate contractual agreements
- Request portal access based on client requests
- Seek Commercial Management approval of exception cases
- Coordinate resolution of any incoming questions received from client and/or the third party recipient
- Provide client status of submissions as requested by client

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Data processing/Data entry skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in using on-line automated systems for data entry
- Experience in creating, supporting, managing legal documents
