Part time Business Operations Analyst

For our international client with its headquarter in Basel, Switzerland, Experis is currently looking for a Business Analyst to start on a new project. The project will focus on budget administration and reporting on operational metrics.

ROLE:

. Budget administration and tracking
. Tracking of invoices and actuals
. Support of sourcing requests
. Resource utilization monitoring
. Cost optimization
. Ticket management
. Documentation of processes
. Reporting on operational metrics

SKILLS:

- Education in commerce/business administration or business information systems

. Basic enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge
- Familiar with Amazon Web Services

. Advanced Excel user - Programming skills
- Experience with Jira/Confluence

50% - 60% JOB

LOCATION: Basel, on-site only.

START/END DATE: immediately up to the end of 2018.
