Our client based in Swindon is looking for an Part Time Office Co-ordinator to join their team.

The position is in a support Administration aspect and will be in a busy office whereby the team and those around them pull together.

My client is looking for someone who can communicate with a number of different teams and departments, ensure that communication is professional at all times and service is to the highest level.

The role will involve general administration support, booking rooms, arranging refreshment, setting up meeting requirements such as projectors, telephone/video confectioner etc.

Maintaining diaries for hot desks, IT training rooms and other meeting rooms. You will be responsible for managing one of the internal systems adding and removing new starters and leavers.

The role is a varied positions and requires someone who is organised wth good sense of humour but also decretion in the office.
