Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our client in Ridgefield, CT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop PowerPoint presentations
- Schedule meetings with project members and external vendor
- Reserve conference rooms
- Calendar maintenance
- Will update master project documents for distribution to project team
- Overall administrative coordination of project related tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

- Interested in working part time - 20 hrs./week.
- Four to six (4-6) years of admin experience.
- Commercial contract handling experience is a plus!
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem solving ability and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
