Looking for someone who can update improve processes
The key tasks for this role is to review and manage the financial management of the agency's hard charges (including Business Case Proforma (BCP).
KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES
By monitoring and reconciling all accommodation and facilities management re-charges.
- To identifies ways and improvements to simplify current processes.
- Build up accurate accommodation and facilities management cost forecast based on actual charges.
- Provide support to finance month end and year end processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Intermediate/advance Excel skills are essential
