Part Qualified Accountant

My financial services client is currently recruiting for multiple part qualified accounts to be based in Bristol. The role will be to support the Community Banking Cost Manager in the production of monthly cost and FTE reporting & analysis.

Some previous experience with Access/Database is necessary & finance experience.

Key accountabilities:
-Support the management of one or more of the cost management accountabilities.
-Ensure that robust, controlled and timely processes are in place to deliver those accountabilities.
-Communication to varied stakeholders to ensure cost management activities are understood, engaged with, and appropriate Matrix structures are created and managed
-Implement planning activity for the cost management work stream
-Accurate production of models, processes, reporting and analysis

Capabilities
- Ability to present complex data in an easy to understand way (Visualisation skills).
- Ability to analyse market data, and competitor result and strategy presentations.
- Finance professional with a proven track record gained in a range of roles and/or proven depth of knowledge within their specialism.
- Understanding of market and industry environment (commercial awareness).
- Understanding of finance systems architecture and processes.
- Ability to influence at senior levels.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to lead and implement change.
- Leadership and management skills.
