Part-Qualified Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly expanding international recruitment consultancy backed by Dragons' Den star James Caan. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a busy and friendly organisation. This is an interim role initially for a period of 3 weeks, to assist with a reconciliation project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a reconciliation exercise between Navision and our online timesheet and invoicing system ETZ. You will be required to undertake a full reconciliation, post reconciling items in order to eliminate duplicate entries as well as importing any missing invoices into the Navision accounting system. Reconciliation of other balance sheet accounts will also for part of this exercise.

Additional duties will include reconciling the Navision Sales ledger to our Financiers Sales Ledger.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, will be CCAB part or fully qualified and will have exceptional reconciliation skills.

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups Pivot tables is an essential criteria for this role and the ability to work within a fast paced environment is a must.
