My client is looking to the market for a consultant to manage the regeneration of the parks and open spaces within the borough. Regeneration has begun on some sites and is planned for the remaining sites; the successful candidate will be taking ownership of all projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- previous experience of project managing improvements to parks and open spaces
- previous experience of working in a local authority environment
- previous experience of engaging directly with elected members
- first class skills in communication and stakeholder engagement
- the discipline and drive necessary to establish meticulous plans and ensure they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
