Parameter Planner for RNO Parameter setting database - CONTRACT

3-6 months rolling contract (long term work)
Responsibilities
- Familiar with SQL, MySQL, Oracle database maintenance and operation.
- Extensive knowledge of the GSM, UMTS and LTE standards. Detailed knowledge of the radio network parameters and the interaction of these parameters.
- Development of scripts for generating load files of parameter implementation into database (CDD).
- Development of scripts and queries for a detailed analysis of failure cases (Database).
- Delivering of data for and communication with the netzwork operation team
- Coordination with the network operation and error handling in data implementation problems
Skills
- Supporting of Vf CDD Co-ordinator for planning the co-ordinated implementation of all network changes (worst cells, swap activities, 3rd carrier, 3G upgrades, new site integration, parameter changes, feature implementation)
- Familiar with SQL, MySQL, Oracle database maintenance and operation.
- Extensive knowledge of the GSM, UMTS and LTE standards. Detailed knowledge of the radio network parameters and the interaction of these parameters.
