Paralegal Job

PARALEGAL needed for a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WOODCLIFF LAKE, NEW JERSEY.

- Paralegal experience
- Lotus Notes
- Litigation experience (preferred)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Creating and/or maintaining corporate minute books for U.S. affiliate and international subsidiaries of U.S. company
- Legalizing/apostille documents for use in foreign countries
- Assisting with translations and development of training materials for Latin America subsidiaries
- Supporting attorneys in corporate business transactions
- Drafting correspondence and simple day to day agreements based on pre-approved templates, such as confidentiality agreements, documenting intercompany transactions
- Maintaining/tracking contracts requests/contracts and other supporting documents for Latin America region.
- Provide litigation and records management coordination, organization and support.
- Prepare and assist with management of litigation cases, document discovery and large document projects; manage documents/files in large scale transactions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree required and/or paralegal certification.
- Minimum 2-5 years prior experience at law firm or in-house legal department. Candidates in legal firms working with pharmaceutical clients or candidates who have worked internal in pharmaceutical companies.(preferred)
- Litigation Paralegal experience a plus.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and able to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects.
