My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced In House Paralegal with a number of years experience working with commercial contracts. The purpose of the role is to support on commercial contract work, such as drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts; Drafting bespoke letter agreements and contracts such as marketing agreements; Review of and advice to the business regarding confidentiality agreements.

Experience of working in house within a regulated environment is highly attractive and working with other stakeholder groups to provide commercially focused and compliant advice to the business; Commercial contract support to senior lawyers is also highly attractive. Excellent communication and ambition is required.
